Its always about the directors remuneration when you read these reports isnt it.
So I'm fine with the Normal Remuneration Options exercisable at 23c. Added to the cash component the remuneration packages seem fair to me.
Not sure about half of the performance rights exercisable for nil based on milestone of SP in 12months being above 25c. I just think 25c is too low of a bar? Not a big deal, not talking big dollars, perhaps I'm being pedantic. Far better than a few other options packages Ive seen lately that have raped and pillaged.
Fine with those at 40c, no doubt many still underwater but it would be a really good recovery from here to get back to 40.
