Again when sintana did the inter oil deal they get 49%
From inter oil.
Inter oil had 100% from tarago that holds 20% in pel 90.
When tallow oil left pel 90 Tarago of inter oil didnt get the 33% ...
Grisham the 51% owener of inter oil get it.
Now I guess they sold the 33% of the direct intetst in the block to cheveron... and ramain Exposure to the block via
51% from inter oil that holds 100% from tarago and i think (not sure) that they have sheres of sintana energy.
My opinion that its good deal to the orenge basin and for namibia and very good deal to sintana that now have pel 90 with carry of 3d and 1 drill (4.9% exposure to sintana).
