The billions of shares on issue was a warning sign.
I remember when this first listed during the 2000s at a dollar. Seemed like a solid company at that time doing lots of infrastructure work
Have to do a bit more research in how it got to this stage raising money and issuing billions of shares in the process.
But as far as I can see, the only thing that really could turn things around is this UK gas project - that's if the stars align.
