Whilst people on this thread are focused on war with each other, the worry about J F departing is twofold: he has seen the capex numbers and does not like the look of them; and he does not think NB is going to be the messiah of TNG. I tend to agree as imo N.B is rich and lazy.
The most important immediate things for TNG are appointing an MD and Board renewal.
Thereafter there is a stacked Agenda of all the usual in order to get a resources project approved and in operation.
In the meantime there is no need to own the shares .
