Yes Tipster and why previous project owners never proceeded .Also maybe why CLZ did no feasibility study, making it a lot easier to get shareholders to pay for everything , including generous salaries & rewards for employees such as Dean , whilst not producing one ounce of gold over 10 years, and having maybe 100 million poured into the company.
