I'm not sure if your second sentence is answering your question in the first sentence. If it is answering your own question, then they have failed to provide the resulting Tonnes and Grades, with appropriate notations describing that it is an Exploration Target with insufficient exploration to declare a resource.

There is precisely ZERO commentary on the Exploration Target, other than pictorially show in Figure 2, which requires further commentary.

It doesn't sound like you've read section 17 of the JORC code.
