Is Canaccord Genuity and Brentridge Capital struggling to raise the extra $6mil required to reach the minimum amount required under the entitlement offer?

If this is the case and the company avoids being placed into administration, shareholders should be calling for the directors to be replaced, none of WKT's peers has struggled with securing funds from Canaccord.
