So the ASCO presentation data was based on the cut off by Apirl 2022. And now the SITC late breaker submission was opened 18th Aug 2022 and closed 30th Aug 2022. So they must have the data readout somewhere mid to late Aug, means another 4 months added on the previous data package.

Remember with this 1st line NSCLC cohort, the last missing piece and also the most important one is the survival data. So with such late stage trial, with extra 4 moths on top, many patients would have been passing the 18 months line. I am sure the FDA panel would have seen some of that already, potentially associated with the fast track grant.

And another thing to expect might be the biomarkers relationship.
In the 22nd Sep presentation by Prof. T, the biomarkers data from AIPAC have already been quoted for a talk in lung cancer. So our scientists might have a very good and clear clue that those biomarkers on monocyte and lymphocyte might be a general thing which can be applied to broader field of cancer types. So might we see some biomarkers data on this NSCLC cohort?

Either way or both way, these two points should be very strong push to make the deal happen.
And scientifically, for the data can be accepted for late breaker abstract in 4th largest oncology conference in the world, kind of good is not enough, they are really good.
