Rudd will need the wisdom of Solomon (and many others) if he is to overcome the entrenched biases (read special interests)of:
State Premiers and a host of politicians;
the medical profession;
local, especially country, populace with their myriad of 'special interests groups' who will strive with all their political might to retain the status quo.
I wish him luck as he will need more than the normal dose!
