In case of an IMU t/o the partnerships would most likely continue as at this stage it is unlikely that a 100% t/o would succeed. But if the top holders would agree to a full t/o then it would be up to the new owner to continue. At this stage all IP's are shared but not transferred. I would expect the partnerships to continue as long as significant progress is made and / or great results have been achieved.
But at this stage it is all speculation.
