    It will have to be a buy back (alias return of capital) as the company has no retained earnings to pay any dividend.
    But aslong as the directors can reward themselves generiously for doing nothing, it wont happen. Don't think Lekkas would like the idea that his "consulting" fees won't be paid anymore
