    • LAUNCHED A FULLY UNDERWRITTEN OFFERING OF A$250 MILLION SENIOR EXCHANGEABLE NOTES DUE 2027
    • CONCURRENT REPURCHASE OF OUTSTANDING A$350 MILLION CONVERTIBLE NOTES
    • NEW NOTES ARE EXCHANGEABLE INTO FULLY PAID ORDINARY SHARES OF BORAL
    • PROCEEDS WILL BE USED TO FUND CONCURRENT REPURCHASE OF CO'S EXISTING NOTES, AMONG OTHERS
