Well put and couldnt agree more. Its a broad and somewhat open ended term, isn't it? "Commerciality' is name of the game. If its commercial one can assume the other domino's have fallen into place 1/ JORC compliant 2/ infrastructure spend assessment completed 3/ fat forward orders in the pipeline 4/ initial monetarisation/npv's timeline projections etc etc
Of course ctp sp would be in the $$$ and not the cents as its now of that be the case. For someone to criticize you i wonder what "sense" they have.Keep asking them sort of questions and you'll be an astute investor
