Of course US IS a threat to Russia. Do you think post 1991, and the collapse of the Soviet Union, that America took no advantage?

It amazes me that people don't understand that Russia might see US/NATO as a threat? There they are surrounding the Russian border, diving into Ukrainian politics, calling for Putin's assassination and yet we are meant to believe that granting independence to Ukrainians is the real goal.

Should Zelenskky win, I don't think Ukrainians will benefit one iota. The US, through Zelenskyy, could not care less about the average Ukrainian. Unless you think "benefiting" means Ukraine accepting the same weak liberalism and serfdom that has crushed almost every Western nation for decades.
