But it does confirm how lax the company have been with communication to shareholders.

Maybe the company could have issued more of a notice than hiding it in their voluminous annual report?

But given their history of neglecting to inform shareholders of bad news, it is very unsurprising. (HHI anyone? Drought crop? are 2 other examples that spring to mind)
