PTN seems to be BOT traded to me at the moment. Maybe they readying for a raid. Or maybe someone else is.

This thread posits that management/control do whatever they like... Can only do that if a controlling stake is held. Do they have one? Hard to establish with noms everywhere.

VPG at about the same price maybe a safer spec at the mo.
