Agreed. I was put under that impression with the way the broker was ringing around desperately. Maybe it is a ploy by the sophies with the help of the broker. But hey, it backfires in my case because with the belief that it would be undersubscribed, I decided to send in my application. Firstly to help the company with the much needed capital and secondly, I won't be scaled back which I hate.
All good in the end. For me at least
