My question is unrelated to all the above speculation about synthetic and natural graphite.
I have been reading NVX notice of AGM. The wish to issue bonus share rights to the directors and seek shareholder approval for that. I read the vesting conditions for Nick Liveris and it refers to meeting or beeting 2023 revenue targets and 2025 revenue targets. It does not say, and I cannot find anywhere , what those revenue targets are. Anyone know?
Second question. Does anyone have any clue as to how much synthetic graphite needs to be sold in order to reach cash flow break even or positive EBIDTA?
