Not sure that the sanctions would be lifted quickly - some may want to punish the Putin (which seems to be punishing the europeans the most)
Further i am not sure no1 wants dividends yet .... so maybe some acquistions and developments next year
As per comments above the $110m divi (or $55 a month on 20%) = $440 on 80% and then add the May-July earnings and this looks debt free first week in March - ok maybe April ...
So Annualised thats $3.3b USD profit PA, so maybe a calc on PE of 4 ? = 13.2b Divided by 940m shares = $14 share price !!!!
