I don't like Regal, but I don't recall them selling any WGO shares, otherwise it would be reflected on their substantial holder notifications (unless another business is helping them)?

WGO touched 11c multiple times recently and they didn't buy any at that price. They also didn't sell when the share price touched 15.5c multiple times. We are range bound for now. Hopefully, the 40% increase in the reserves changed the bottom to 12.5c.
