Its through a reputable broker actually, and he has also said that they just dont seem to want to lend. His next suggestion interestingly enough was CBA. Who knows how long this will take.
I just find it funny how its a $10K roof, yet they want it replaced before unconditional approval.. Its pretty tough to knock up a new roof in 48 hours..
