What Bob has done was detailed at the AGM which Uncle can vouch for.
He was only in the position as chair until the position was filled and gave a commitment to stay around for as long as he could add value on a contractual basis.

As for his shares he is not a seller and would still have to disclose as the holding is over 5%.
