    No you are getting confused. PLL don't get 39%. They get 25% of profits from SYAQ.
    The other 14% is their shareholding in SYA (just like you and I have a shareholding in SYA).
    So any income from that 14% comes entirely from their shares, or future dividends, just like it does with us.
