Its a CR via a renounable rights offer then if shareholders agree a consolidation. One assumes Creasy
was asked if he would tick of the consolidation given his 55% ish holdings so assume it’s done.
Let’s hope CZR management have a steady flow of “real” news so we don’t follow the pattern the majority of consolidated ASX micros .
