abandon1, I normally would agree but I think that the first notice was pushed through by P.B. and it was only after Bevan complained it was agreed to change the date, so I give Bevan a bit of slack and give him time to prove himself, he at least doesn't have any history with P.B. unlike our other joint Company Secretary.
