Well, these two notices are the definitive final proof that nothing will ever change under Biddle at TNG... for me, Mr. Biddle has shown in the meantime that his character is a wonderful match for Paul....the directors' own interests take precedence over everyone, because the nomination of new competent directors has advantages for shareholders... but that should be prevented with the deadline of Monday....

there will never be anything like shareholder value and transparency under the current management...it's always just about self-protection and money for their own pockets..

B and B have to leave as soon as possible...
