shares on issue: only 159m
SP free falled from 30c to 1c after phase II results failed.
but: Already in discussion with third party to commence new medicine R&D, IP assets and patents related with previous research on market for sale.
I still think 3.0-3.5c is fair value for HXL in current situation, in case positive results from negotiation with the third party announced to the market, SP could soar into 5.5-7c range.
I donot know if Merchants group now recommends a good project for HXL, but I believe they will seek and select promising opportunities for HXL for sure.
