Firstly thanks to jjames85 for the statement of claim. That answers my question about Macquarie Bank. There's some money there if they can effectively be dragged into this.
I'd be surprised if directors don't have insurance. Surely they would ensure it is there otherwise their personal assets are exposed. The insurance I'm hoping to see covers their negligence so that puts the insurer on the hook.
We'll see in good time.
Also interesting that Aust Ethical are still buying. They have been around for a long time and I don't think they are naive when it comes to evaluating investments. Toying with buying a few more to get my average down to $2.50.

The only other time I put $$ into a product promoted by Macquarie it turned out to be a dud. Covered my investment though unlike this. Should have heeded the lesson.
