ha, I wouldn’t say “overly” optimistic, but then again, when you have a materially better product than the closest competition, who's market cap is over 200x of yours one should , I think, be optimistic.
About 60% of Edwards income is valve replacement, so even levelling it a bit, they are still 130x our value on valves alone.
So yes, the key is the process of extracting the most amount of value possible….which to me doesn’t involve giving it to the competition for a song (not likely) or giving away control
