I'm not suggesting the deal isnt going to happen..
Its more like an old real estate adage where the saleperson is negotiating his commission..

"Would you trust him/her to negotiate a good price for your house if he/She couldnt even negotiate himself a good commission?"

I understand that complications can happen but do you think these delays have got more to do with the type of deal the MEO are not willing to present to shareholders at the minute for fear of backlash..
