Sure you are.

The topic you responded to was about the precipitation cycle, and you tried to pretend that an increase in the melting of the ice caps did not add to the "matter" in the precipitation cycle.

The topic was the precipitation cycle, it wasn't about the total amount of water here on earth in any form.

The more the ice caps melt above the normal cycle, then the amount of "matter" in the precipitation cycle will increase, as in it isn't consistent as you claimed.

You were arguing, but your argument was flawed because it was irrelevant to the post you responded.

The amount of H2O on this planet remains constant.
It just takes on various states depending on how it feels.

Very hot - vapour - gas.
Normal - water - liquid.
Very cold - ice- solid.
