PPK owns BNNTL.
LIS can only deal with BNNTTL for supply of boron nitride nano tubes.
LIS loaned $1,400,000 to PPK Mining Equipment Group (which presumably has something to do with PPK).
PPK provides management services to LIS (hopefully at mates rates).
PPK owns 45.43% of LIS.
Snake eating its own tail?
PPK floated LIS and it seems that after that both LIS and PPK dropped like a stone.
