    As far as I can ascertain and have read they fix rental agreements to CPI which has not been the norm for commercial interests.
    I dont know why they have gone down this road, possibly foreseen the end of a QE scenario but I have not contacted management pertaining to figures at all.
    I contact management with regards to the longevity of leasing & clientele which they would not divulge how ever I know Europe is logistics orientated towards a great deal of medical & UN housing how ever I am unsure of % of sq meterage.
    If you come across it would love to know.
    I expect a fall Monday but I will be averaging down of course until Pivot.
