TZ Limited (the "Company") advises that on 4 March 2010 it issued 150,000 unlisted options (the Options) to Mr Howard Todd Horberg (Horberg) in full and final settlement of litigation relating to an alleged failure by the Company to issue securities to Horberg under an alleged agreement between the Company and Horberg entered into in August 2008. An Appendix 3B is attached in respect of the Options issued by the Company.
