As soon as the fed pivots (imminently IMO) the A-REIT will also be one of the biggest beneficiaries IMO. We are a very long way into the tightening cycle already, potentially at the next fed meeting they may provide some sort of wording indicating the pace of rate increases will start to be reduced.
The market seems pretty keen to find an excuse for a rally and if it gets the idea that the fed is about to stop the rate rises and potentially start printing again, IMO the S&P500 will be re-testing the record high of 4800 again before a major recession commences in mid 2023
