better yet, Penny, why couldn’t Talga pay out a stock dividend to all current shareholders, equal to the dilution factor of this financing? So if in the end they dilute by 10%, then all individuals would receive one share for every share held. This would give we small guys a chance to benefit just like the institutions. If anyone has an in with MT, please feel free to pass this idea on. This way, would not everyone be happy and satisfied???):
