Hmm, interesting. Reminiscent, for me, of the long and costly legal battle between AGS and the behemoth Quasar/Heathgate/GA over border exploration at Beverley Four Mile..… Despite having IG in common as the major SH, I don’t for a moment think, or am suggesting, that that would happen here if there were a border dispute (AGS lost hugely).

But I can’t help thinking that much is happening behind closed doors. And I am baffled as to why Abbotsleigh sold down at below valuation. I can’t quite believe in the margin call theory, but do wonder about factors such as the Boards internal dynamics, it’s control and possible internal differences.

A JV would be great.. but I fear a cheap deal. … Just my musings as we wait and watch.
