It would be great if one of these copper panels would ever make it to market! This sounds a lot like the other one you linked the other week.
Good luck getting some new panels made with copper while silver price is under $50, the cost of the silver in the paste is tiny, and all the unknowns in some new manufacturing process, which is likely more costly than applying some paste, probably stops these things ever getting past the "crazy inventor" stage.
