And because your use case doesn't fit the capabilities of the current crop of electric cars that means they're useless?
The vast majority of people who drive drive a total of 40km a day. These people can also get and electric car for around 40k a year and pay a lot less to fill it up. And they're only going to get cheaper to buy and charge as time goes on.
