I wonder if they canvassed thoughts of major shareholders. This is the second deal in the last few years that they have brought to the table. I was initially optimistic on their initial announcement but the detail in the booklet doesn't give me much comfort. I have been happy taking my distributions for the last few years on CD3 and would not have minded if we merged all the funds together (to spread costs) but continued to wind down.
