Ann: Lole Transaction Update, page-27

Must be close. I bought in yesterday - for Tolukuma (used to own FNT, who sold the surrounding exploration licences to Lole). Not sure if already posted, but PNG’s Post Courier had an article by Frank Rai on Oct 5 saying that Lole has paid 20m Kina (c$8.9sud) to the liquidator and should be the new legal owner of the mine and 6 surrounding exploration licences « on Thursday » once entered into the mining register. I think that was last Thursday.. anyway I hope the Tem deal goes through OK. .. Having a Papua Guinean person of Howard Lole’s standing on board is imo a sine qua non for any re development of Tolukuma. Just my view ..
