Venus has announced an outstanding shallow gold result.
Pincher Well was considered to be a base metals project (copper and zinc) so Venus drilled it as they have 100% rights to base metals at Youanmi.
The gold result announced today was completely unexpected, which is often the way major gold discoveries are made.
The strike length is 5 kms with 12 widely spaced RC holes.
Venus told me today that they will now convene a JV meeting with Rox to discuss the exploration program to follow up this find.
