Weird vibe in here from even long holders. This raise was always, always coming before finance was finalised... it's part debt and part equity funded.
Macro timing sucks of course and im a bit underwater but why anyone couldn't see this coming is surprising.
Also spoke to a mate and fellow holder and investor relations told him the offer to take a stake at a premium came from a geopolitically sensitive location. Take a wild guess where.
Joe's interview on crux convinced me there is upside to the delay, and it was an active decision which is better than their FEED contractor dropping the ball.
I think comms could improve but I have no reason not to believe management.
