you are right boris, it doesnt make a difference.
was next to no noticable index tracking fund movements when they entered the ASX300 and im expecting the same result now they have been removed.
the index is not updated all that often, and its based on market cap anyway. i guess all it means is that there have been others who's market cap have increased and MAK no longer makes the 300 cut on that basis.
i doubt we were ever far from the bottom of the list anyway? ie easy to knock out.
