why convert? You will reactivate the CTG reduction time if you do.
If SSN is trading at 5c in 2012 (early to mid).
Then your options will be trading at around 3.5c=5c- 1.5c( exerscie price)
Now thats your profit 1.9c per share, and if you held them all that time only 50% that will be taxed.
Spend the money you want to use to converting the options on getting some more instead.
Options are all about leverage. (unless you want to hold the shares past option exp date offcourse)
example
If Share price is be 8.1c in 2012, SSNO would trading at 6.6c. You paid 1.6c giving you a clear profit of 5c a option.
