My family invested in Ami in good faith, we hold around 2 million shares. This is a direct request, that Dan and the board step aside for the benefit of the company and in the best interests of the owners, the shareholders. The latest releases IMO, represent desperation clearly seen by the market, that the Board has lost direction, focus and are floundering with the SP dropping sharply. With new management, hopefully we will see some restitution and confidence return to what should rightly be a successful and profitable company.
