Ukraine may have launched one attack on a bridge that Russia built on territory that they claim (but no one else accepts) so Putin fires multiple rockets at dozens of Ukrainian cities in retaliation, that's a really reasonable act from a very balanced man.
Of course the problem is Putin knows his Soviet era rockets are about as accurate as a shotgun so he has to let go a heap of them to be assured of doing any damage at all and as for targeting any particular site well that's a hopeless aim. (PI)
