This is all the set up. Sg is delivering on his stated strategy with actions. Bad debt is being removed from the books and is being replaced by strong cashflow and reserves from prospect after prospect.
It's not going to be an instant 'you beaut' announcement that re-rates ggp. Rather a series of successes over the next 6-12 months. We know the play sheet now. As it gets executed into additional cashflow after cashflow the market will re-rate ggp time and time again.
I don't think the initial move will be until the bad debt has gone and the next increase in cashflow gets announced (I'm guessing bullseye). I give that about a month.
