Mr Danny has ruined (rotten ) the original company with his experiment of adding new products by acquiring new companies.

More and more product doesn't mean more profit, he has put up pressure on the supply chain and created more overheads.

It's very difficult to turn around unless they make a sensible decision, since the last two years' overhead is touching roofs, whatever sales you do is not great unless you control your expenses which is more important. It's a simple fundamental of a Business!

Hopefully, new CEO make a sensible decision or else I just consider it as a write-off.
