you don't think Eurochem may come over the top to secure SOP supply at a time when all SOP producers are bleeding cash in Europe due to high gas prices ??
If I were Eurochem, I'd be lobbing an on market bid and go hostile to get the only open pitable high grade SOP supply on the planet. USD$200m will be nothing for Eurochem to come up.
